We are  transitioning into new teams, into new roles and accepting new challenges on this journey. Part of this transition is reflecting on the past six months, learning how I can do better, appreciating ways I have grown and making goals for the next part of the race.

I have asked for feedback and words of encouragement from the people around me.  I have loved turning this practice of encouraging one another into a habit. These people around me are able to see me and see ways God has been growing me in ways I cannot. These are encouraging words from the people who have been living with me for the past 6 months.

I am a beautiful and brave woman of God. I have a tender and compassionate heart.

I have gentleness, zeal, boldness and I bring a fresh perspective.

I have stepped forward in confidence in the things that the Lord has for me.

I have great things to say and I deserve to be heard.

I carry knowledge and wisdom and am hungry for the Lord and His Word.

I am able to ignite a fire and a hunger for the Word to the people around me.

I am a great friend and a good encourager.

I am able to make the people around me feel cared for and loved.

I am not afraid to walk into hard things with other people.

I love intentionally and am a safe and comforting presence.

I lead my friends to Jesus.

I carry a gentle spirit that is from the Lord.

The way I see and love people is glorifying to God.

I follow the Lords voice.

During my time as a leader I encouraged my team through words, prayer and actions.

I have exemplified what a great leader is and have lead my team through really hard moments.

I redirected my team to Jesus, and stewarded them well.

My leadership and willingness is evidential and empowering to my team and my squad.

I lead my team with grace, patience and wisdom

I am a fierce leader who leads by example.

It has been an interesting practice for me to write all these things down. I am challenged as I write, but this time writing these and reading the kind words from my friends has been really lifegiving. These are things the Lord has done, He has been working so much and these are the things the people around me see. Thank you all for your support financially and in prayer.
